菲爾斯太太餅乾總部設於美國科羅拉多州的布魯姆菲爾德，在猶他州鹽湖城設有生產和分銷中心。 Debbi Fields於1977年在加州的帕羅奧圖開設了創始店。今天Mrs. Fields的名字傳遞了剛出爐的溫暖和分享的快樂。菲爾斯太太為世界「烘焙軟餅乾」品牌的引領者，在美國已有350家門市，全球則拓展至加拿大、卡達、澳洲 、香港等33個海外國家，擁有超過100家門市。每一片餅乾都承載著我們對品質的堅持。Mrs. Fields誠摯地邀請樂於分享，愛笑的你一起撰寫一篇篇溫暖故事與感動回憶。
Mrs. Fields is based in Broomfield, Colorado with a production and distribution facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Debbi Fields opened her first store in Palo Alto, California in 1977 and the Mrs. Fields name quickly became associated with warm, freshly baked cookies right out of the oven. Today, Mrs. Fields enjoys the highest aided brand awareness in the industry and sells products at over 300 retail locations globally and online.

History
1977
20歲的Debbi Fields在位於加州帕羅奧圖(Palo Alto, CA)，史丹佛大學附近的Liddicoat’s Market開了他的第一間餅乾店「Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chippery」。
1979
位於Pier 39的分店(超過40年，為現存最久的店面)正式開幕，成功引爆排隊人潮，甚至影響到周邊的店面
1983
Mrs. Fields公司正式移到位於猶他州的帕克城(Park City, Utah)，並拓展從檀香山(Honolulu)到芝加哥(Chicago)共70間店，緊接著於紐約(New York City)開幕第一間店
1990’s
正式開啟加盟事業，拓展至全球如加拿大、澳洲、日本、香港、泰國、墨西哥、英國、印尼、菲律賓及中東等地，累積超過45家國際店點
現今
Mrs.Fields不只是美國，更是全世界優質餅乾的龍頭品牌，品牌已拓展至全球約200個地區，同時也包含線上通路；海外市場上，在澳洲、加拿大、香港、巴拿馬、卡達等地都能看到Mrs. Fields，今年(2020)也將於台灣正式開店!
